Good:
- Tracked on Calorie King.
- Went to BodyJam.
- Stuck with 2 coffees even though I felt like more (2 small ones).
- Didn’t get to eat proper lunch until 4:30pm.
- Way, way too much alcohol – feel like crud today!
- Didn’t go to bed till 1am so got less than 7 hours sleep.

Heh thanks Shiny. Need to exercise to balance out all the alcohol I've been drinking, especially this weekend. Ugh!!!
